Another Christmas Card for July

Hi Stampers!

I created another Clean and Simple (CAS) Christmas card for the Splitcoast Stampers CCC11 Challenge using the colors from the PP55 Color Challenge at The Paper Players.

The Paper Players have created some amazing samples and along with all of the other entries just proves that stampers can create a multitude of variety with just one color challenge!

This card highlights one of the new Christmas Sets, Beautiful Season and since my husband and I love bird watching, I knew that this set would have to be in my collection!

To create this card:
Use a brayer to apply Crumb Cake ink to the smooth side of the Vintage Wallpaper EF and emboss a piece of Crumb Cake with the Big Shot.  Spray with Champagne Mist Shimmer Paint mixed with 70% alcohol.

Stamp the bird image using Basic Gray on Whisper White.  Color the berries with a Poppy Parade SU! Marker and highlight with the White Gel Pen.  Use the ink pads and a Blender Pen to color the leaves with Baja Breeze and the chickadee with Basic Gray.

Spritz with a Crumb Cake SU! Marker using the Color Spritzer Tool and mount onto Baja Breeze cardstock.

Use the Basic Gray and the Poppy Parade SU! Marker to color the sentiment, stamp onto Whisper White and mount onto Baja Breeze.

Create a folded ribbon with the Baja Breeze Seam Binding and put an Antique Brad in the center.

Stamp Sets:  Beautiful Season
Ink: Basic Gray, Baja Breeze, SU! Markers in Basic Gray, Poppy Parade
Cardstock:  Whisper White, Baja Breeze, Crumb Cake
Accessories:  Big Shot, Vintage Wallpaper EF, Antique Brad, Baja Breeze Seam Binding, Champagne Mist Shimmer Paint, Brayer, Color Spritzer Tool

Thanks again for visiting- have a great weekend!
