Celebrate with the SAB Petal Parade!

Hi Again Stampers!

I wanted to share one more card that I created today (well, yesterday now :-)) using the new Petal Parade set that you can earn from Sale-A-Bration :-)

This card was created using the Freshly Made Sketches FMS123 Sketch along with the CCMC290 Create with Connie and Mary Color Challenge.  I hope you will be able to take the time to visit both of the challenge sites and see all of the inspiration!!

To create this card:

Use the Big Shot™ with the Chevron Textured Impressions™
Embossing Folder to emboss a piece of Whisper White cardstock, trim and mount onto a piece of Smoky Slate cardstock.

Attach two strips of Island Indigo ¼” Satin Ribbon (retired SAB ribbon) to the top of the card and adhere the Island Indigo ¼” Triple Satin Ribbon Bow.

Mount the entire panel onto a piece of Whisper White cardstock and again onto the Island Indigo card base.

Stamp four images of the leafy spray image from Petal Parade using Island Indigo Classic Ink for two images and Smoky Slate Classic Ink for the other two images.

Use the 1” Square Punch to punch out the images and adhere to a layer of Smoky Slate cardstock,  Mount the entire panel onto a layer of Island Indigo cardstock.

Stamp the sentiment from the hostess set, Express Yourself using Island Indigo Classic Ink onto Whisper White cardstock and cut the banner points using the Hexagon Punch.  Adhere to a layer of Island Indigo cardstock and use the Hexagon Punch to create banner points as well.

Mount the sentiment behind the stamped panel and add to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals®.

Add the Daffodil Delight buttons with a piece of Smoky Slate cardstock in the center (to mimic thread) to finish off the card.

Stamp Sets: Petal Parade, Express Yourself

Ink: Island Indigo, Smoky Slate

Paper: Whisper White, Island Indigo, Smoky Slate

Accessories: Big Shot™, Chevron Textured Impressions™ Embossing Folder, 1” Square and Hexagon Punch, retired ¼” Island Indigo Satin Ribbon, retired Brights Buttons
