Good
Morning Stampers!!
One
more card to share from this past week and this is another Clean and Simple (CAS)card created for The Card Concepts #8- Use an Umbrella and decided to go with a
monochromatic color scheme since it reminds me of rain :-)
Again,
I hope you will have a chance to stop by to visit TheCard Concept site to check out all of the wonderful Design Team samples and
entries!
To
create this card:
I
already had My Digital Studio (MDS) open for the previous card so I decided to
use the retired stamp set, Rain or Shine (still available in MDS and on the
clearance rack in wood mount) along with the retired Sale-A-Bration (SAB) set,
See Ya Later (again in the digital version).
I
modified the sentiment a bit to hide the sun at the top and re-sized both
images before I printed onto Whisper White cardstock.
Add
a piece of retired Night and Day Designer Series Paper (DSP) onto the Basic
Black card base.
Adhere
the scrap piece of Basic Black cardstock onto the card front and add the
trimmed focal image.
Add
a few Rhinestones to finish off the card.
Stamp
Sets: Rain or Shine, See Ya Later SAB (MDS versions)
Ink:
Printer Ink- Black
Paper: Whisper White, Basic
Black, retired Night and Day DSP
Accessories:
Rhinestones
