I think that these
colors are so elegant and perfect for wedding cards- don’t you?
We
hope you will take the time to check out the rest of my ODBD Design Team Sisters’ blogs and see their gorgeous projects:
To
create this card:
1).
Ink the Happily Ever After sentiment with embossing ink, stamp onto white
cardstock and heat emboss with silver embossing powder. Die cut and embossed with the Pierced Rectangles Dies.
2).
Die cut and emboss a piece of the light gray (silver) paper from the Wedding Wishes 6x6 Paper Pad Collection paper
with the Lavish Layers Dies and mount the sentiment onto the frame.
3).
Die cut and emboss another piece of the silver paper from the Wedding Wishes 6x6 Paper Pad Collection paper
with the Pierced Rectangles Dies (the largest die) and mount onto a piece of
pink cardstock, adhere the entire panel onto the white card base.
4).
Trim a piece of the Wedding Wishes 6x6 Paper Pad Collection paper to fit the
background (approx. 3 ¾” x 5”) and mount onto the card front.
5).
Add a strip of the same silver paper from the a piece of the Wedding Wishes 6x6 Paper Pad Collection paper (I used a scrap) and trim the edge with pearls.
6).
Mount the sentiment panel with dimensional foam onto the card front.
7).
Create the flowers with the Bitty Blossoms Dies – die cut and emboss white and
pink cardstock with the petals and the leaves from the light gray paper from the
Wedding Wishes 6x6 Paper Pad Collection paper. Mount the flowers onto the card
front and add the pearls to the centers to finish off the card.
