Stamp Simply 2022 Fall Release- Autumn Silhouettes

Hi Friends!

Welcome to the Fall 2022 Release from Stamp Simply!  As I mentioned in my previous post, I love both stamp sets in the new release as well as the new word die- they are all so versatile!

When I first saw the images, I decided to create a set of Clean and Simple cards with a blended sunset background and am sharing the first of the two with this post (see this post for the second card).

To create this card:  Using distress oxide ink and a blending brush (see colors below), blend onto white cardstock.

Once you are satisfied with the background, de-static the panel with an embossing powder tool, ink the wheat image (stamping off a few) with Versafine Onyx Black ink, apply clear embossing powder and heat set with a heat tool.

Repeat the same steps as above for the sentiment.

Trim the panel, mount onto black cardstock, trim and mount onto a white card base.  Finish off the card with a few black rhinestones.

I enjoy playing along with challenges and to the Simon Monday “Make Your Own Background” and the Word Art Wednesday #559-#560 “Anything Goes” Challenge.

If you have not already had a chance to do so, I hope you visit the Stamp Simply blog to see all of the gorgeous inspiration from the rest of the Stamp Simply Design Team as well as the rest of the challenge sites- wonderful galleries from all!
