PP200 Floral Birthday Wishes

Hi Again Stampers!

I have another card to share for the PP200 Challenge- thiscard was for the PP65 Sketch Challenge that Nance chose to highlight :-) 

Again, I hope you have had a chance to visit The Paper Players site - so many different interpretations of the challenges!!

To create this card:

Stamp the floral and leaf images from Bloom with Hope (hostess set 2014-2015) using Memento™ Tuxedo Black Ink onto Whisper White cardstock. 

Color the images using Stampin’ Blendabilities™- Daffodil Delight Collection for the flowers and Old Olive Collection for the leaves, color the center of the flowers using the Stampin’ Write Sahara Sand marker, "fussy- cut” the images out and set aside.

Use the Big Shot™ with the Ovals Collection Framelits™ to cut an oval from Whisper White cardstock as well as one from Blackberry Bliss cardstock (** HINT** save the background pieces that remain after cutting the ovals for the panels in the next steps). 

Ink the Dictionary background stamp using Sahara Sand Classic Ink and lay the Whisper White oval over the inked image.  Press down in a sporadic pattern to allow portions of the background stamp to appear on the oval.

Cut the Blackberry Bliss oval in half and layer behind the stamped Whisper White oval.

Layer the pieces of Designer Series Paper (DSP) from the Moonlight DSP Stack onto the piece of Blackberry Bliss cardstock (that was used in the step above to cut out the oval).   Trim and mount this panel onto a piece of Mossy Meadow cardstock, trim again and adhere to the Whisper White card base.

Adhere the leaves to the oval and add the flowers using Stampin’ Dimensionals®, mount the oval to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals®. 

Stamp the sentiment onto Whisper White cardstock using Memento™ Tuxedo Black Ink and create the banner using the Banner Punch, layer onto Blackberry Bliss cardstock and create the banner in the same manner.     

Mount the sentiment to the card using Stampin’ Dimensionals® and add the 3/8” Stitched Blackberry Bliss Ribbon bow to finish off the card.
