Hi
Friends!!
I
am still playing around with my Brusho® Crystal Colours and created a fun Clean
and Simple (CAS) card for the Addicted to CAS #73 "Dream" Challenge along with
the Splitcoaststampers’ MIX140 “Hope” Challenge as well as the USEIT2015 Challenge (I have owned this retired Stampin’ Up! set for many years and never
inked it up yet as well as the Inkadinkado Bird stamp has never seen ink
yet...too many stamps and not enough time-lol!!)..
If
you have not visited the challenge sites yet, I hope you will find the time to
do so- fabulous inspiration from all!
To
create this card:
Spritz a piece of Whisper White cardstock with water
and shake a few drops of Brilliant Red and Turquoise Brusho® Crystal Colours
over the paper (spritzing with additional water as needed). Turn the paper and allow the colors to run,
dry with the Heat Tool.
De-static the
cardstock using the Embossing Buddy®, stamp the bird image with Versamark™ , apply
Stampin’ Emboss Black Embossing and heat
set with the Heat Tool.
Stamp the sentiment
with Stāz-On® Jet Black Ink.
Use the Big Shot™ with
the My Favorite Things™ (MFT) Stitched Rectangle Die to cut out the image and
mount onto a piece of Basic Black cardstock.
Trim a piece of
Whisper White cardstock, mount onto a piece of Basic Black cardstock and adhere
to the Whisper White card base.
Add the focal image
using Stampin’ Dimensionals® to finish off the card.
