The Next One

Hi Friends!

Today I am sharing this Mixed Media card on the Artistic Outpost (AO) blog using The Golf Club from the Artistic Outpost 2016 Spring Release.

I am also incorporating the Pals Paper Arts PPA306 Sketch Challenge along with the Splitcoaststampers’ Ways To Use It WT588 “Make It Masculine” Challenge.

To create this card:

Ink the background map/ advertisement image from The Golf Club using Ranger® Tim Holtz® Walnut Distress Ink and stamp repeatedly over a piece of Crumb Cake cardstock.

Trim the panel, emboss and die cut three circles using the Double Stitched Circle Dies from OurDaily Bread Designs (ODBD).

Trim the panel, use a Sponge Dauber to apply Ranger® Tim Holtz® Vintage Photo Distress Ink around the edges, mount onto a piece of Basic Black cardstock, trim and adhere to the entire background panel onto the Extra Thick Whisper White card base.

De-static a piece of Crumb Cake cardstock with the Embossing Buddy®, ink the golfer images along with the flags from The Golf Club using Versamark™ ink and stamp onto the prepared piece of Crumb Cake cardstock, apply black embossing powder and heat set with the Heat Tool.

Carefully fussy-cut all the heat embossed images, mount onto the die cut circles and add to the card front with dimensional foam.

Heat emboss the sentiment using white embossing powder onto Basic Black cardstock and add to the card front to finish off the card.

Stamp Sets: The Golf Club (Artistic Outpost)

Ink/Mediums: Versamark™, Ranger® Tim Holtz® Walnut and Vintage Photo Distress Ink

Paper: Whisper White, Basic Black, Crumb Cake

Accessories: ODBD Double Stitched Circle Dies, Embossing Buddy®, Heat Tool, Black and White Embossing Powder

Hugs and have a blessed week, my friends!
