SSC167 Thinking of You

This card was created for the Stamping 411 with the Operators Challenge Sketch Challenge #SSC167  http://www.stamping411.blogspot.com/ . UPDATE- what an honor- this card was chosen as one of the Operator Picks!

I used a masking technique with sponge daubers for the background, then stamped with the background script from Flores Suaves. Embossed the Upsy Daisy image with Early Espresso, cut the panel into thirds and adhered to the Pear Pizzazz layer. Sponged the edges with Early Espresso and using a Color Spritzer Tool with an Early Espresso marker, “spritzed” the background and adhered the embossed panel to the So Saffron DP (which was torn, crumpled and distressed with sponge daubers).
The embossed piece of Early Espresso sprayed with Champagne Mist Shimmer Paint and the Pear Pizzazz strip (already embossed and sprayed with Frost White Shimmer Paint) were from my scraps from previous projects.
I attached the ribbon, layered the Pear Pizzazz layer, the panel layer and the brads.

Stamp Sets: Upsy Daisy, Flores Suaves, Sincere Sentiments
