If you have not had a chance to do so, I hope
you will visit the above challenge sites- wonderful inspiration from all!
To create this card:
Emboss
sheets of light copper metallic cardstock with three different embossing folders
(I used three Stampin’ Up! folders- Quilt Top, Square Lattice and Tin
Tile). Trim onto ¾” wide strips and
mount onto black cardstock.
Mount
onto a piece of the light copper metallic cardstock, trim and mount onto black
cardstock. Adhere the entire panel onto
the front of a white card base.
Ink
the Seasonal Shelves image with Versafine™ Onyx Black ink, apply clear
embossing powder and heat set with a heat tool.
Once
the embossing has cooled, watercolor with water-based markers in neutral tones. Fussy cut the frame, mount onto black
cardstock and fussy cut around the edges.
Mount onto light copper metallic cardstock, trim and mount onto black
cardstock.
Mount
the entire focal image panel onto the card front using dimensional foam (or
chipboard).
Finish
off the card using a clear glitter pen on the wreath and an extra fine white paint pen for
highlights on the hanging dried flowers.
