CAS For The Birds- Two Challenges in One!

Hi Stampers!!

I decided to give the Clean and Simple (CAS) technique a try again and used the CST30 sketch from Cas(E)This Sketch along with the CQC191 ColourQ Challenge colors.  Both sites have wonderful Design Teams and many entries for inspiration!

To create this CAS card:

Stamp the floral image from Lacy & Lovely using Cool Caribbean Classic Ink onto Cool Caribbean cardstock.  Layer on to Real Red cardstock and again onto a Whisper White card base.

Ink the bird image from For the Birds using Basic Gray Classic Ink and stamp onto Whisper White cardstock.  Use the AquaPainter™ to watercolor the images with the challenge colors- Daffodil Delight, Cool Caribbean, Basic Gray and Real Red Classic Ink.

Adhere the banners for the sketch (use the 1” Square Punch to create the banner strips), add the focal image and the banner sentiment along with the little butterflies from the Bitty Butterfly Punch, add the Pearls to finish off the card.

Stamp Sets: For The Birds, Lacy & Lovely

Ink: Basic Gray, Daffodil Delight, Real Red, Cool Caribbean (retired)

Paper: Whisper White, Real Red, Designer Series Paper- Daffodil Delight, Basic Gray and Real Red

Accessories:  AquaPainter™, Punches-1” and Bitty Butterfly, Pearls

Thanks again for your visit – have a marvelous Monday!
