CAS Full of Blessings

Hi Friends!

Again, if you have not already done so, I hope you will find the time to visit the above links to check out their wonderful Design Team entries as well as their galleries!

This card was extremely easy to make:

Use the Big Shot™ to emboss the Very Vanilla background with the Darice® Basketweave Embossing Folder, trim the panel and mount onto Basic Black cardstock.

Mount the retired Stampin’ Up! background paper (from 2000 or so) onto Basic Black cardstock and mount to the card front.

Stamp the Always Thankful image using Stāz-On® Jet Black Ink onto a piece of Very Vanilla cardstock and color using Stampin’ Write Markers- Cajun Craze, Calypso Coral, Cherry Cobbler, Crushed Curry, Lost Lagoon, Mossy Meadow, Old Olive, Pumpkin Pie, Sahara Sand, Smoky Slate and Tip Top Taupe (I used an AquaPainter™ and watercolored from a craft mat with most of the colors).

Use an AquaPainter™ to apply Soft Sky to the background, cut out the image using the Big Shot™ with the My Favorite Things™ Stitched Rectangle STAX Dies and mount onto a piece of Basic Black cardstock.

Stamp the sentiment using Stāz-On® Jet Black Ink onto a piece of Very Vanilla cardstock, trim and create the banner points using the Hexagon Punch, mount onto Basic Black cardstock and create the points with the Hexagon Punch as well.

Adhere the sentiment to the focal image and mount onto the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals® to finish off the card.

Stamp Sets: Always Thankful, Full of Blessings (both retired)

Ink: Stāz-On® Jet Black, Soft Sky; Stampin’ Write Markers- Cajun Craze, Calypso Coral, Cherry Cobbler, Crushed Curry, Lost Lagoon, Mossy Meadow, Old Olive, Pumpkin Pie, Sahara Sand, Smoky Slate, Tip Top Taupe

Paper: Very Vanilla, Basic Black; retired Neutrals Background Paper

Accessories: Big Shot™, Darice® Basketweave Embossing Folders, MFT Stitched Rectangular STAX Dies, Hexagon Punch

Thanks again for taking the time to stop by- hugs and have a great day, my friends!
