Simply Design Team have
been sharing fall/autumn cards. Fall is on the horizon and here on the East
Coast of the United States, the days are getting shorter- a sure sign that Autumn is on the way!
If you have not had
a chance to check out
my Sister DT cards yet, I hope you will do so- gorgeous inspiration from all!
To create this quick
card:
Trim a piece of the Sunset
ink drops paper to 4” x 5 ¼”.
De-static with an embossing
powder, ink the silhouette
wheat image with Spiced Marmalade Distress Ink, apply clear embossing powder
and heat set with a heat tool.
Repeat the step above
using Versafine
Onyx Black ink to finish off the silhouette scene and stamping the sentiment
in the upper left hand corner. FYI- I
love the designs of the ink drops paper; this particular page reminded me of
hills and water in the background.
Mount the panel onto
a 4 ¼” x 5 ½” piece of black cardstock and mount onto a white card base to
finish off the card.
Very easy and flat
for mailing.
