Hi Stampers!
The CCMC163 colors this week at Create with Connie and Mary are bright and bold, so I decided to create a Clean and Simple (CAS) card with the set, Peace Within. The design team at Create with Connie and Mary have so many different styles and this week is no exception for inspirational ideas!
To create this card:Use the Big Shot™ to emboss a piece of So Saffron and Tangerine Tango cardstock with the Square Lattice Textured Impressions™ Embossing Folder.
Stamp the image with Basic Black onto Whisper White and color the image using Stampin’ Write Markers in So Saffron, Tangerine Tango and Pacific Point.
Trim to the desired width and carefully tear the bottom portion of the cardstock, curling and distressing by hand. Use the Color Spritzer Tool along with the Pacific Point Stampin’ Write marker and lightly spritz the image.
Layer onto Pacific Point (also torn at the bottom edge). Mount onto the background layers, attach the Tangerine Tango ribbon (retired) and adhere to the Pacific Point card base.
Stamp the sentiment in Basic Black, punch out with the Word Wimdow punch and layer onto Pacific Point (punched with the Modern Label Punch). Add the pearls to finish off the card.

Ink: Basic Black, Stampin’ Write Markers- Pacific Point, So Saffron, Tangerine Tango
Accessories: Big Shot™ , Square Lattice Textured Impressions™ Embossing Folder, Color Spritzer Tool, Word Window and Modern Label Punch, Pearls, Tangerine Tango Striped Grosgrain Ribbon (retired).
