ODBDSLC257 The Best Love Story

Hi Friends!

Today we reminding you that it is not too late to join us for the Our Daily Bread Designs Shining the Light ODBDSLC287 Color Challenge!  This will be the final Shining the Light Challenge so we would love to see your artwork in our challenge gallery!

Isn't this a lovely color combination for a challenge?  I thought that these soft colors are so elegant and perfect for weddings/anniversaries so I decided to design another card using the June 2017 ODBD Release Stamps and Dies!

We hope you will take the time to check out the rest of my ODBD Design Team Sisters’ blogs and see their gorgeous projects:

To create this card:

1). Ink the Happily Ever After sentiment with embossing ink, stamp onto white cardstock and heat emboss with silver embossing powder.  Die cut and emboss with the Ovals Dies. Mount onto a piece of gray cardstock (die cut and embossed with the Ornate Ovals Dies).

2). Die cut and emboss pieces of white cardstock with the Bitty Blossoms Dies, assemble the flowers and sponge a bit of pink ink over the petals.

3). Cut a piece of the Wedding Wishes 6x6 Paper Pad Collection paper to 4” x 5 ¼”, mount onto a piece of gray cardstock, mount onto a piece of pink cardstock and adhere to the white card base.  Use a pink marker to add additional pink to the scrolls and petals on the WeddingWishes designer paper.

4). Add the layered sentiment with dimensional foam, mount all of the blossoms and add pearls to the flower centers and card corners to finish off the card.

Don’t forget- you have until July 1, 2017 to join us for a chance to be spotlighted for the Shining the Light award or to win a $15 ODBD gift certificate (one random participant will be chosen).

Thanks again for taking the time to stop by!  We would love for you to join us for the Our Daily Bread Designs Shining the Light ODBDSLC287 Color Challenge!

I am also linking this card to the Word Art Wednesday #286-#287 "Anything Goes" Challenge.

Hugs and I hope you have a blessed week, sweet friends!
