Way to Go! Cheerful Critters Congratulations :-)

Hi Again Stampers!

Here is another quick, easy card for one of our 6th grade Awana clubbers that finished their book this year- he worked really hard to finish so he could go to Scholarship Camp (we are so proud of him!) :-)

I incorporated the Splitcoaststampers’ CC531 Color Challenge (see details here and gallery here) along with the SC542 Sketch Challenge (see details here and gallery here).

Again, if you have not had a chance to do so, I hope you will find the time to visit the Splitcoaststampers’ galleries to check out all of the inspiration from the color and sketch challenges!

To create this Clean and Layered card:

Ink the Cheerful Critters image using Memento™ Tuxedo Black Ink and stamp onto a piece of Whisper White cardstock.

Color the image using Stampin’ Write Markers- Lost Lagoon, Blackberry Bliss and Basic Gray for the shirt, Crumb Cake for the bear along with Sahara Sand for the shadows.

Use the 2 ½” Circle Punch to punch  out the image and mount onto another circle cut from Blackberry Bliss (also using the 2 ½” Circle Punch and split into two halves).

Create the banners from Moonlight Designer Series Paper (DSP) and Lost Lagoon cardstock with the Hexagon Punch and adhere to a piece of Whisper White cardstock.

Trim the panel and mount onto a piece of Lost Lagoon, trim and mount onto the Blackberry Bliss card base.

Mount the focal image circle using Stampin’ Dimensionals® to finish off the card.
