CCMC115 Two Cards for One Challenge

This card was created for the Create with Connie and Mary color challenge #CCMC115 (see http://www.createwithconnieandmary.com for more details).

I wanted to use another neglected stamp set and decided to create a Clean and Simple (CAS) card.

The main focal image was created with the background stamp En Francais stamped in Crumb Cake and “daubed” with Tangerine Tango. Tangerine Tango was also used for the branch image and sentiment.

I had to add a few pearls and decided not to use the Shimmer Paint- so difficult for me to do! :-)
Stamp Sets: Eastern Blooms, En Francais, Short & Sweet
Cardstock: Crumb Cake, Early Espresso, Very Vanilla
Ink: Crumb Cake, Tangerine Tango
Accessories: Big Shot, Square Lattice EF, Punches-Word Window and Modern Label, Pearls, 5/8” Early Espresso Satin Ribbon

CCMC115 Wish Big

UPDATE- What an honor- this card was one of the top three picks for the CCMC115 Challenge!

While I still had these colors out, I decided to create another card using one of my favorite sets- Lovely As A Tree.
This card incorporates the masking technique along with sponge daubers.

Stamp Sets: Lovely As A Tree, Short & Sweet

Cardstock: Crumb Cake, Early Espresso, Very Vanilla
Ink: Crumb Cake, Tangerine Tango, Early Espresso
Accessories: Big Shot, Square Lattice EF, Punches-Word Window, Modern Label and Scallop Trim, Pearls, 5/8” Early Espresso Satin Ribbon

Thanks for visiting- I hope you like it- God Bless!
