Hi Friends!!
I am sharing another
card this morning that was designed using a retired Stampin’ Up! set, The
Wilderness Awaits along with a sentiment from Fear Not (currently available from
Stamp Simply).

De-static a piece of
white cardstock with an embossing powder tool, stamp the elk image with
Versafine™ Onyx Black Ink, apply clear
embossing powder and heat set with a heat tool.
Once the embossing
has cooled, watercolor the elk with water-based markers and use distress oxide
inks for the sky. Die cut the image with a stitched the square die and mount
onto blackberry cardstock, trim close to the edge.
De-static a piece of
white cardstock for the background with an embossing powder tool, ink the sentiment
with Versafine™ Onyx Black Ink, stamp onto the lower left corner, apply clear
embossing powder and heat set with a heat tool.
Use an embossing
folder to emboss a piece of designer paper, lightly sand the surface, cut a
strip to create the diagonal layer of the sketch. Mount onto blackberry cardstock, trim close
to the edge.
Adhere the diagonal layer
to the white background, die cut the entire panel with a stitched rectangle die,
mount onto blackberry cardstock, trim close to the edge and mount the entire
panel onto a white card base.
Adhere the elk focal
image with dimensional foam or chipboard (which is what I prefer).
