CQC158 Thank You

Hi Stampers!

What a wonderful fall week here on the East Coast!!  I finally had a chance to relax and spend some time in my craft room and decided to make a card for this week’s CQC158 ColourQ Challenge (again, the Design Team and other entries are terrific and great sources of inspiration each week!)

To create this CAS (Clean and Simple) card:

With Sponge Daubers randomly apply Orchid Opulence, More Mustard and Tangerine Tango Classic Ink onto a piece of Whisper White cardstock.

Stamp the various images from Lovely and Lacy with Tangerine Tango, More Mustard, Orchid Opulence and Basic Black over the sponged background.  Trim layer and adhere to Whisper White and Basic Black cardstock.

Emboss a piece of Orchid Opulence and Whisper White with the Big Shot™ and Lacy Brocade Textured Impressions™ Embossing Folder.  Layer the strip of Whisper White over the Orchid Opulence and mount onto Basic Black.

Close-up of sponged panel :-)
Adhere the 5/8” Basic Black Satin Ribbon bow to the focal panel, mount to the background panel using Stampin’ Dimensionals® and add the sentiment to finish off the card.

A quick, fun technique- I hope you are able to give it a try!! :-)

Stamp Sets: Lacy and Lovely, Short and Sweet

Ink: Basic Black, More Mustard, Tangerine Tango, Orchid Opulence (retired)

Paper: Whisper White, Basic Black, Orchid Opulence

Accessories:  Big Shot™, Lacy Brocade Textured Impressions™ Embossing Folder , Sponge Daubers, Word Window Punch, 5/8” Basic Black Satin Ribbon (retired)

Thanks again for visiting- I hope all of you have a fabulous week!!
